Who Am I?

Hi! My name is Tom Perkins. I am a U23/Elite Cyclist racing in Northern California. I race for Tesseract Racing on the road and the Tesseract Racing UCI Trade Team on the track. 2021 marks my 10th season of racing on both the track and the road.

I am an endurance track cyclist and an enduro-sprinter on the road. I race primarily the Omnium, Mass Start Events and the Madison on the track. On the road I primarily do Road Races and Criteriums.
